The storage area that you have can hold all of the materials with which you are not currently working but may need quick access to. You can also keep your office supplies in this area so that, should you need staples, paper clips, notepads or any of the other basic items for your daily work, you can readily find them. You may want to use transparent boxes and files so that you can label them and actually see what you have stored inside them. You’ll keep your equipment, books pertaining to your work, and printer paper in this storage area for safekeeping.

Meeting Area

You should also have a nice meeting area where you can work with your colleagues, meet with clients, or hold consultations with your supervisors.
