We bid a fond farewell to Meredith, who has just completed an internship at PCG as part of her Education and Social Policy program at Northwestern University. If you have visited PCG on Facebook and Twitter recently, you have seen the great job Meredith has done on the development of our social media. She also coordinated visits with legislators and churches in the Rockford area and assisted with our planning for the faith community’s involvement in the work of the Responsible Budget Coalition. She has been a valuable member of our policy team this summer. Her commitment to justice has served us well, and we have appreciated her good humor, thoughtful critique, and helpful suggestions. We will miss her wonderful smile and her cooperative spirit.

Meredith now returns for her final year at Northwestern. She takes with her our deep gratitude and our best wishes for all her future endeavors.
